I am still deciding between MPD and Dress Shop.

When designing trousers in Dress Shop I cannot find how to make inserted pockets with cut away or slanted entry.

I'm sure it must be there somwhere, especially for the jeans option.

Help much appreciated.

Pockets are in "extras" and you can define the width , depth and hand entry for patch, inseam or alnt or curved entry.

Directions are in the sewing articles in MPD found under "print" or Help.

Thankyou Kaaren

Am I correct in thinking that in DS you have to make your own cut out from the front side for the pocket curve and make the back piece too.

The pocket itself is shaped, you shape the extra piece for behind the pocket front in both programs.
