I have a little trick to share, with those who have problems pushing pins in the fabrics.I use this all the time,especially if its a humid day.When you want to place a pin in a garment,run the pin through your hair a couple of times,this helps lubricate the pin, and it glides in the fabric easily.Just close enough to glide along the scalp, but don't scratch yourself doing it.
