In MPD V 3.03 or higher You can get a pleated neck on a blouse from catalog by building a woman's: blouse or dress, darted,and then under the neckline menu select pleated neck. That pattern will be available to purchase.

OR by loading a pleated neck garment from the Spring11 collection (File>Load>Optional Seasonal>Spring11) IF you own Spring/Summer 11.

You may then use Options>Necklines to select radial or vertical pleats, etc, etc.

In Dress Shop Pro 9.0 and higher You can load a pleated neck blouse etc pattern then under Options>Necklines select the pleated neck in the neckline menu. or load a blouse, dress or swimsuit from the Spring 11 collection found under File>Load>Optional Seasonal> Spring 11.

New Features generally debut in a seasonal collection, then become part of the main menus during the next Upgrade.
