A new Dress Shop update was just posted. There are a handful of minor fixes, but the major new patterns are in the new "Men's Fashion Collection". This new collection includes all new men's wear patterns, including our first fully tailored jackets and vests. They include complete interfacings, drafting features used in high-end bespoke patterns, new fit-types, new pocket types, new lapel designs, and a powerful new Lapel Edit Tool that will let you copy the look of any lapel you may see elsewhere. Also included are dress shirt designs with new sleeve cuff options and button placket options. All button and button-hole placements are now marked on the pattern with positions optimized for the size, fit, and number of buttons chosen. Tools for customizing button layouts are also included. There are also a slew of more easy-to-build men's wear patterns to finish up the collection - 34 all new patterns included. We do hope you enjoy the new collection. The many new features will be migrated into the larger Dress Shop library of patterns eventually. We always like to introduce major new features with a smaller group of patterns that we have some hope of testing well enough. Getting everything to work with the entire pattern library will take a bit longer. The new collection features and photos can be seen here: http://www.livingsoftnw.com/DS9/MensFashions.htm

After installing the Dress Shop 9.10 update, several customers found that load and save patterns and measurements were defaulting to the incorrect folder. Also, Dress Shop activations and settings were not being found. The problem causing that was corrected and the install builds (update and full master) were reposted. If you have installed Dress Shop 9.10 and have experienced any issues with finding files or activations, please grab a fresh download and reinstall it on top of what you had. No data is lost. We do apologize that this latest install was not tested well enough to have caught that sooner. Without Kaaren Hoback heading up our test efforts, things have been more confused than they should have been. We will continue to work on that....
