Has anyone used the numbers produced from a "Unique" body scan as partial input for DS measurements?

I understand that they provide you with 20 something measurements with defined reference points.

Looking to get a jump on the numbers.

Joanne, who hasn't used DS in years

I have worked with numbers from Unique- there are some definite issues.
First the scan was taken wearing an athletic stretch garment and bras were not allowed due to metal clasps and possible underwires- this distorts the body shape as well as girdling the lower torso to some extent.

The measuring points are not exactly the same.

The results were poor.

Hi Kaaren,

Thanks for your experience.

I was unable to go to a presentation this afternoon at a new permanent Unique facility, but they now want you to wear a well-fitted bra and panties. Being compressed does not do well. LOL.

If there is anyone who has been scanned using the "newer" technique that has had results, good or bad, I'd love to hear about them.

If I have a scan done, I'll let you know how numbers compare.

Thanks,

Joanne
