I'm not sure how long it should usually take. But, the special offer where the book was provided free with a Dress Shop 8 upgrade did not trigger the shipping notice that happens automatically when you purchase the book separately. The online shopping cart marked those orders as "download only", so the shipping lady did not get a notice about the book.

Obviously, downloading the book does not work very well and we got several notes from customers that did not get theirs in a reasonable time. We found and fixed that problem with the online shopping cart and the back orders have now all been shipped. I'll try to track down the ship date for yours and let you know.

Question--if you already have DS 8 via the premium member system, do you at least qualify for the download version of the book?

There isnt a download version available- thats why it didnt work.

The installment plan does not effect which promotional offer you are entitled to. But, there have been several different promotional offers for Dress Shop 8 upgrades and you can only take advantage of the one in effect at that time. In your case, you got a free Fall Collection when you upgraded. Those that upgraded after January 1st could get a free copy of the "Fashion That Fits" book. But, they did not get the Fall Collection.

The offers change, so if you see one you like, go for it. But, you cannot take the new offer and also get the older, discontinued offer as well.
