I have the mens shirt packet pattern, the sleeve cap height is the problem, I can adjust sleeve-cap ease but the sleeve-cap is to high for a mans shirt. Is it possible to change the sleeve-cap height in the program.

There are a number of ways to adjust cap height but bear in mind that the chart is one of the most important factors. Front and back armhole depth set the depth of the armhole. The armhole sets the sleeve dimensions.
These are very complex algorithms.

Increase bicep ease, to lower the cap some.
