I was just absolutely smitten with the pleated neck blouse with the tie pictured in the Summer 2010 collection. I was able to open the blouse but what adjustments do you make to get the tie at the bottom. Very nice. Thank you

The pleated neck blouse has a Quick Knit jacket paired with it made of the same fabric and the tie is on the fabric.
