I tried to submit a problem report last night and again this morning. Both times I received the following error message:

Server Error in ‘/SendReport’ Application. Could not load file or assembly ‘ASPEMAILLib’ or one of its dependencies. There is not enough space on the disk. (Exception from HRESULT: 0xS0070070).

I've saved my problem report information to a Word document. Let me know how I should submit the details to you (alternate method - ie email, or wait until the problem report error is fixed). My questions / problem is not urgent, and I know it's summer holiday time for many people. Thanks for your help!
