I sent a problem report almost 2 weeks ago, I guess it got lost in E-mail limbo. The problem I am having is that when I put a pattern into the layout tool I cannot see it. The buttons appear to work and the fabric area can be changed. It appears that the pattern is not being placed in the tool. My Computer: Dress Shop Pro 7.05 Windows XP Pro 3 GHZ Intel processor 2 gig of RAM Windows Explorer 8.0.6001.18702 HP Deskjet D2445 printer Monitor is an Acer 24" LCD Hard drive 500gig SATA If you need and pattern of measurement files please let me know. Hi Pat. I do regularly receive problem reports from Dress Shop users, but have not seen one from you in recent months nor any about the layout tool. There may be something about your security settings (computer, browser, firewall, or virus scanner) that is preventing Dress Shop problem reports from getting sent. I do not know of any problems with the layout tool, but there might be cases. Which pattern are you using? And, if you cannot send the problem report, do check that pattern with some standard chart. If you get the problem with the standard chart, let me know which. If you do not get the problem with any standard chart, then your chart is where you or we need to be looking. I tried your suggestion then took my pattern file to my laptop and had the same issue there. It turned out that I had a corrupted pattern file. Thanks for the suggestions. | ||||
