I am really cross! I bought a DS tool believing that the cut off date was 7th Feb at a cost of $49.00 only to find it being offered at $29.00 two days later. This is NOT how to keep customers happy. I think that anyone who has had this happen to them, should be given a refund of $20.00 It is after all the same product, same cutoff date in the same week.
