Printing Not Enabled

Printing Not Enabled
I am running Dress Shop 6.21, I have entered activation codes, I have done page setup, I have downloaded "This update is for those that have NOT activated Dress Shop 7"
but instead of print buttons, I have "Printing not enabled when previewing." I went under File to Turn Off Preview and still don't have a print button.
Any other actions I need to take? Help.

HI many questions before I answer:
Did you have the full program installed and activated prior to downloading the update?

Did you get a congratulations message that *** program version activated with whatever pattern collections you might own

Did you have chart entered and selected?

send me your name and email address by private message via this board or to patrns4u@aol.com as registered when you pruchased the program and Ill check out your activation codes.

or
submit a problem report from Help> on the web> Problem reports

Hello Karen. I looked up your account and you do not appear to own any version of Dress Shop. It will not print until you purchase. Sorry....

Submitted problem report, Bob told me to retrieve codes automatically and now the correct version is running and printing.
