When I load a pattern using a measurement chart, when I click on complete chart, the measurement name is the name of the pattern I am drafting not the measurement chart. This was not happening before. Previously when I loaded a measurement chart and clicked on complete chart, the measurement chart I was using was shown.

Once in a while it does that and Im not sure why- maybe Bob has an answer. Change the chart back to its original name using save as when its open in the size menu.
