Also, if I purchase the Collector's Pack for Women is the Unlimited Collection WS: Women's Swimwear Patterns included? The reason I ask is that when I add the "Collector's Pack for Women" to my cart it shows "Womens All Patterns - February 2007".

Combining installements between Livingsoft and MPD cannot be done, I'm afraid. While both companies use the same web services, they are completely separate banking accounts and the banks don't permit mingling of such things.

The reason we dated the collector pack names was for exactly the problem you just noticed. When swimwear shipped, we neglected to revise the Collector's Pack. That should have been done and we'll do that right away now. The price for the Collector's Pack will not change when swimwear is added to it. I'll contact you off-the-board with way to do it now...
