I have made a blouse with good measurements in the past,since gaining some weight[yuk]my blouse back seems a little snug now,I cut out a pattern, and added 1/4" at armholes and side seam, for the back only,which was fine fitting when pinned together,now my question is this should I add that amount to my measurements chart?the armscye was snug and seemed to make the sleeves pull when i moved my arms forward,and felt a slight pull in across back too.TIA

If I were you, I would add the amount needed to the amount of ease across the back instead of fooling with measurements. A small weight fluctuation wouldn't need much.
