I am so confused. Long ago I purchased DS Pro. I have kept it up to date even though I rarely get a chance to use it (I work full time). I also bought MPD when it came out and have it up to date with 2.5 Pro. Today I purchased DS 8 Pro, the Complete Pants Customizer, and Dress Shop Fall Collection. Is the Complete Pants Customizer for DS the same thing as the Complete Pants Designer for MPD? Or do I need to purchase it as well for MPD?

What about the DS Fit Tool and Fashion Designer that I bought in the past? Should I install them or are they part of the updated versions I've already installed? Someday I hope to have time to sew again (right now I don't even have time to mend socks!) and I want to be sure everything is current and up to date.

What advantage is there in owning both DS and MPD? I'm wondering if I'm duplicating unnecessarily.
