The dress is adoreable! I just drafted the two piece dress with gathered skirt to check the reported skirt width issue. The skirt is supposed to be cut on the fold with the single bold line to the right ( in right view) the fold line. The left side has the seam allowance lines. The skirt was intended to have only a center back seam.That would give a 60+ inch skirt width onm a standard childrens size 4.

For future reference when there is NO seam allowance and the line is bold that always means FOLD.
