I purchased DS 6 Pro, Home Dec Sampler, Fashion Designer and DS Ultimate Outerwear several years ago. However, I never got to use it due to a loss of vision. Now that I have that resolved, I'd really like to get back into sewing. Do I need to buy the whole product again to get version 8? I'm just a average seamstress, so I don't need the pro version. I'm never heard of MPD or anything else. Can somebody point me in the right direction?

Every upgrade contains advanced code, enhanced capability,"more and better stuff" to paraphrase a beverage seller.

Go the the livingsoftnw.com home page click on DS8 to read all about it - then click on the "upgrade" link. You dont have to purchase every upgrade as you can jump from where you are to where you want to be. The upgrade price is much less than purchasing the program brand new.

You do have to sign in with your registered email address and password from when you purchased DS6. If you dont remember that click on my name for a private email and give me your full name and email and I will check your account for you.

Most importantly- how wonderful that you have endured and recovered and can get back to sewing!
