I think i have sorted out my sleeve in balancing, after many efforts at testing my charts,for some unknown reason they were definately im balanced.Perhaps I missed that part in having done several blouses,maybe i just never noticed with short sleeves!So now once again I feel confident to move ahead again.What I did was to make a test chart name,from my measurements naming it something else.What I found was that i needed to adjust my side length by 1cm less.Next step was my across front chest, I increased by 0.5cm.Reduced Across Back by 1.5cm I am so relieved now
