I sent an email to the N Virgina ASG and got this reply, (MJ):

Our guild has been in contact with the Sew Much Comfort poc to offer our assistance with sewing garments/modifying garments as needed and with delivering them to Walter Reed (military ID is required to make the deliveries). As of yet, we've not actually done anything as the offers to help are currently greater than the need. Plus, there is zero storage at WRAMC for either supplies or garments waiting to be needed.
