I am printing a 1/4 pattern in Dress Shop and I get it far to the right and half of the pattern is off the paper. Have checked Setting and it is OK. Letter size paper with .5 top setting and .75 on side settings. Printing right side of patterns. I have recently upgraded to Windows 7. Could that be the problem? My MPD prints properly. Any suggestions. Thank you. | |||

Yes, I did use settings under the file menu. | ||||

That last statement was not clearly stated. I went to File and then to Page Settings and it was set correctly. My send button works faster than my thinking process at times. | ||||

Missing from your post arethe details we need to answer your questions. Which program, which version #. DS8 has identical print mechanisms to MPD which you said worked. So we can only presume you are on DS7 or earlier- but how much earlier? The best way to get assistance from us is to send in a problem report. Hi if yuou will send me an email directly to patrns4u@aol.com with your full name and registered email address Ill check your account. When you sign in to retrieve your activation codes automatically using file>settings>codes you must use the email address you registered with when you purchased and the password. If you have more than 1 email address- it looks you up by the one you used when you set up your account to look you up. It cant find you with a different address or incorrect password. When you are retrieving codes give it a few minutes- it takes time to log into the accounts poage, find you, retieve the codes and insert them in your program. Kaaren patrns4u@aol.com | ||||

The Livingsoft web site is being moved to a new server at this time*. It was supposed to be invisible, but that just did not work out. Several web services (activations for instance) are not working just now. Those services will be back as soon as the web server move is completed. Regarding the email you sent and got no answer for - your first email was received at 3:48am Pacific Standard Time. Your subsequent emails at 4:04am and your forum post at 6:11am all occurred before anyone here is working. Livingsoft is not a large company, with 24 hour support services.
