I purchased Pro, Fall, and Jeans today; confirmation numbers showing on my log-in but there is no download on my system or the site. Email instructions said go to "View" but can't find a "View" tab anywhere on any page of the site. Can anybody help me about how to actually get the download?

But it doesn't download. Gimp just tells me the files can't open.

Click full update, when asked to run or save click save. Depending on which windows you are using you may have to give admin permission. Click yes.

when its finished downloading click run be patient

then open and activate ( file- retrieve my codes)
then set preferences, print by columns, I suggest inches with decimals (US) or metric,bold lines,check Complete chart for later.

then do page set up to capture your printer.

see the demo

make a chart using the wizard or selecting a standard size, and start lookign thru the default patterns you now own.

To see what you own, the "splash" screen when you opens lcick on what do I own.

Jan, this forum relates to a software product called Dress Shop, available from LivingsoftNW.com. The download page that Kaaren directed you to is for you to download Dress Shop.

Gimp is a paint program, from some other software publishers and has nothing whatsoever to do with Dress Shop. Do not run Gimp to use this product. You need to download Dress Shop and run that.

Once again you can get Dress Shop from the download page on that company's web site at this web address:

Bob got back to me and figured out I was trying to download data files. Explained I had to go in through the desktop icon, and it worked fine. Thanks!
