My DD has finally agreed to let me get her measurements again. She hasn't let me since her third pregnacy. This is why I discovered that I no longer had my videos! How do I measure around her tummy that hangs about 2 inches below her crotch? Is this considered hip or tummy? Thanks!

This should have read 1/2 inch below the crotch! My head is not working well today!
