Hi everyone , it's been a while since I've used DS and I never did make my third bodice sloper. In the interim I had to get a new computer and never did reload DS . I reloaded it today and as I was filling in the measurement chart I noticed 2 new measurements that weren't there previously.
1 dress waist offset
2 dart center

I have no idea what these are , can someone help me so I can fill in the blanks on my sloper chart .

Dress Waist offset pushes the wiats side seam shaping upwards which is a designer trick for better shaping, and also allows more comfort at abd. Most users start at 1 or 1.25 or even 1.5. the actual extent of the range is 3/4 to 2.

The dart center is usally NOT used and is set to 0.
