Hello Anna for some reason my dress shop
And my pattern designer are not activating my patterns. It is taking my log in but is not working. Can you help with this? I moved them to a new computer. I am able to get some if the pattern key codes to activate but not all of them and none with MPD.

What is your Dress Shop ID? I need it to take a look on our server to see what's going on.

Anna Q. NguyenActually, never mind! I found your email address. I will be emailing you.
I installed Dress Shop and activated it using your Dress Shop credentials and things appear to work OK. I was able to print patterns.
MPD and Dress Shop are now separate companies. The two applications are separate and different. I'm afraid I don't know much about MPD and can't be of any help. I suggest you check out these threads on here for how to get going again with your MPD:
