I tried sending a problem report but received an error code. I can't load the slim fit pants pattern from the Fitted Pants Folder. It doesn't open correctly. I also have a saved pattern for my daughter using this pattern and it doesn't open either. I am running windows 10 and have opened this pattern previously without incident. I rebooted my computer and that didn't help. Any ideas on what the problem is. I can open other pants patterns.

Regarding the problem sending a problem report, there is a currently outstanding bug where if, when creating a problem report, you'd get an error if you enter an email that is invalid.
