Hi. I currently have "8" and want to upgrade to "9". I've had problems with my computer, so can I get a CD with the full program when I update?

Yes. From the Livingsoft web site, select "Support" Scroll towards the bottom and there is a section there to order a CD. They cost $10 for the CD and includes shipping and handling costs.
