I have made two garments in the last week and had some severe armhole problems. First was sleeveless Empire waist dress, second was a sleeveless tank. Both cases the armhole fabric at the under arm pokes out about an inch or so. I am using the Measurement Wizard, not the Complete Measurement Chart. Could this be the problem. Is the program set to default in the absence of a definitive measurement?

The measurement wizard is going to the default Ansi(government created charts) numbers in lieu of your measured numbers.

On the complete big chart the first numbers to check would be across chest front and high bust.

On the standard or wizard chart double check bust front
