Dress ShopLowering neckline on Casual Shell
quote:
“When printing unknown patterns, only ‘Fit to Screen’ scaling is allowed”.
When I load the Fitted Shirt pattern in the normal way, you can’t manipulate the neckline. It will only work on the opening screen which you can’t print from.
The wording of that message is slightly different from what you wrote. It reads:
“When printing
unowned patterns, only ‘Fit to Screen’ scaling is allowed”.
I added the italics to show you where the difference is. That default pattern that displays when you run is built on the fly and is not an "owned" pattern. The "owned" ones are saved pattern files and it is the saved pattern files that includes neck depth information that was causing this problem to occur. Sorry....

KirsteenThank you so much for that! Everything works perfectly now!
This means a lot to me as one of the big reasons I got Dress Shop was to lower necklines. I’m a tiny person with a fairly large chest so I don’t look good in high necklines.
Sorry about mistyping unowned. It was a dyslexic slip up. I knew what it meant. I was just pointing out you could manipulate the unowned pattern but not the owned one in case that help whoever was doing the upgrade. But can now see it was all taken care of by the patch.
Thank you so much for putting it up early!
Kirsteen.
