Sorry, but that is the wrong question. The question is whether Hat Shop works on your system. And, nobody here can answer that for you.

Hat Shop works if you have Microsoft Java installed (Hat Shop does not work with Sun Microsystems Java) and a printer that is compatible with it. Many people are using Hat Shop now. But, Microsoft discontinued their version of Java some time ago and some printer manufacturers no longer support that version of Java.

If you do not have Microsoft Java installed, you can get it from the link labeled "Hat Shop - Microsoft VM" on this web page:

Since Microsoft does not support that version of Java, it may or may not work with some computers nor some printers.

If it works on your system, then Hat Shop will, too.
