A client wants me to make a prom dress and I'm not sure if what she wants is because of the fabric being very drapeable or the pattern was design that way. She wants her dress to look like the one in the picture. If it is the pattern that gives this affect I need a little guideance on that one. The only way you will know what I'm talking about is if I can email you a picture of the dress. If so please give email.
