Hello all,

If you have received a Dress Shop CD in 2009, it is probably bad. We just learned that the last batch of manufactured CDs that we received in early January were actually an update, not a full master. If installed on top of an existing Dress Shop build, they work, but if installed on a clean system without Dress Shop, they do not.

We're very sorry that this manufacturing foulup was not detected sooner. We have replacement CDs on order and they should be available in about 2 weeks. Anyone that got a CD this year will receive a fresh one as soon as we can get them sent out.

This past week, we received a replacement batch of Dress Shop 7 CDs and sent fresh copies to the customer list below. If anyone else has RECENTLY received a bad Dress Shop CD, please send a note to support1 @ LivingsoftNW.com (without the spaces).
