Greetings! So far, I was able to generate on Dress Shop a great torso sloper. The only problem I have is the fact that from the point where the back darts end at the hips, the back sticks out while the front pulls back. If I tuck in horizontally two inches off at the front between the abdomen and the waist, tapering the tuck towards the side seam, the whole thing is perfect. How can one do that adjustment on the measurement chart to get this result? Thank you in advance for any suggestions there. Sandi =============== | |||

I solved the problem. Smaller front side darts, deeper and shorter back waist darts. A few notes- the difference between high bust and bust determines cup size and dart offset from apex. The bust minus waist helps determine dart take up and the span determines apex placement. If you need smaller darts that can be accomplished by adjusting high bust to bust ratio. Back dart lengths are 75% of the waist to hip depth. riaising the back hip will shorten those darts oin every garment. OR you can make those adjustments in the dart tool per pattern.
