All of a sudden, my program is no longer activated. I tried to login, but the email I thought I used wasn't recognized. The 2nd email I tried for forgotten password caused the webpage to show a runtime error.

When I tried to send an email to Info1@livingsoftnw.com, it bounced back to me.


I normally don't use the forums here, so I had to register to the forum to ask for help.

But I don't want to publish my email here, or my full name & address, so how can I get access to my program again?
