I've been trying for days now to order the upgrade special but the price on the cart is always full price, not the special offer (yes, I'm logged in when I try). I HAVE managed to get the Pants Customizer special into the cart, all by itself, at its special offer price, but it's only supposed to be at that price if one also orders the special-price DS8 upgrade at the same time. I've sent emails for help but no one seems to be at the other end. Can you help?

I went to the Livingsoft web site, clicked on "My Account", logged on with your account information (address in Ramrod Key Florida), went to the Dress Shop 8 Upgrade offer page, selected the offer that included the $10 Pants Customizer and clicked "Add To Cart". The price for Dress Shop 8 Pro was $89 and the price for The Complete Pants Customizer was $10.

Are you doing anything differently?

Nope. I tried again just now and it still shows $199 in my basket.

$199 is the price for Dress Shop 8 Standard. You own Dress Shop Pro. Click on the button that adds the upgrade to Dress Shop Pro to your cart.
