I just receive an email from the main Livingsoft group about a sale. You are offering 20-50% off with a coupon code.

1. How long does this offer last?
2. Does the 20% off code apply to the new Summer Quick collection? You are offering that for 10% on the website.
3. Does this apply to pattern packets also?

That is the only info I've seen - nothing for 50% off.

I think I got the email because in My Account on the LSNW website I've checked the boxes to receive info about new products, sales, newsletters.

50% sale packages include Ultimate Pants, Essential Activewear, Ultimate Outerwear, Essential Lingerie. DS6 Ultimate Suite is on sale for $799.

Coupon SR-158 for the 20% off sale.
Coupon DS-375 to get DS Basic for $50 (for friends)

Can also upgrade from one level of DS to the next higher for $50 (eg basic to deluxe).

The only info I couldn't find in the email was how long the offer will run, no end date was mentioned.

Two things may help
1st check to make sure the email did not go to a spam filter/folder. It may be sitting there waiting for you to release it. By adding the address to your address book, or "buddy list" you release all future emails.
the address to look for is

2nd check your account infomation at livingsoftnw.com and make sure the email address is current and correct.

I didn't get one either. Checked account, and everything is correct, including all boxes checked. Domain is not blocked in spam filter.

The email came from info@LivingsoftNW.com. In the past, these offers came from Livingsoft.com. If you have long ago instructed your email program to accept emails from the Livingsoft domain, you will now need to do the same for the LivingsoftNW domain. If you have not done this, then your email spam filter may be intercepting these emails and tossing them.

Iknow this is not an actual response but I cannot get in to the Livingsoftnw website at all. I can get into this discussion group but nothing else.
This has been happening for about one week. I can log on at work same as usual but not here at home.Has anything changed that would block my access in the last week ? We have looked at all our defenses and can't find anything that would be causing this. It happened so suddenly. I have tried getting in through Google on Mozilla and Internet explorer as well as through DS6 it all the same. We use the same systems at work as at home so I am Flumoxed and Frustrated. Wont be able to update. Seemed to coincide with my downloading but not installing the 6.10 Update.
I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to put this but my access is severely limited.

If you can't get on at home, download to your computer at work, copy the download files onto a CD to take home, and install at home from the CD.

there are times when I get e-mails heavily delayed for some reason, but not for 3 days.

I'm surely glad you posted it on the website because I have checked every possible "mail box and even mail slot" and it did not come to me, either. I get the groupee forum and have been a customer for years so you have my email address.

I never received a message either and I am sure that you have not been blocked. I am getting the Digest but nothing from info@LivingsoftNW.com
I have added the above address to my Comcast folder so with luck it was not Comcast blocking what they considered spam as it was sent to more than one person. Do I need to do anything else. I sort my email on a browser before downloading it to my machine. Viagra ads and 'enlargement' ads are getting through but nothing from info@LivingsoftNW.com.
Is it possible to give a heads up on this board just after you send a mass email so that we all can actually go open the spam filter before hitting delete without checking?

I went to the livingsoft site last night and checked my account. Although I'm reasonably sure that I had set it up to receive sale announcements (and I have received them in the past), my account info said that I wasn't set up to receive them. So maybe there was a glitch of some sort and you may want to check your account.
