What measurements do I change for a round back
& foward shoulders?

If that was me,I would recheck the center back full length-waist,& smooth the tape as you measure,also check across the back shoulders.
Smoothing the tape is- gently follow with your hands, down the tape as you measure over bumps n curves, not letting it hang and measure.
