Error message when purchasing
Hi....I just bought a couple more packages, and this error message came up. However, on the bright side, the purchase did go through--I just didn't get a confirmation page or anything.

The same thing happened to me both yesterday and today. Come to find out, the charge did go through both times I tried to purchase an upgrade, so I have 2 charges on my credit card and I do have my new activation codes. I assume they're working on it as part of the server upgrade and I'll get a refund on the 2nd charge.

Yes. The error message related to the auto-email receipt. That failed. All else worked. Duplicate purchases are all being refunded.

Do you have any idea when the refund might be processed? Both the charges have already appeared on my credit card.

Many thanks.
