Okay, I meticulously followed Tessa's instructions...twice. The firs time I did not see this but here are the results. The patch lowers the side indent down to the waist where it should be...BUT puts the wide part of the dart at high waist...that is not flattering at all...I undid the patch and will not make this pattern until all is final.

Just an FYI.

"Tessa's instructions" which Michelle (and Doris earlier in the other topic) referred to was my posting to the Lyris list yesterday. I encouraged users to install the patch, print before and after patterns and told them what to look for, then to make a sloper, assess the fit and report their results to Bob.
Hopefully it made some users feel more confident about trying the patch and will garner more results for Bob to look at.
