There have been a number of comments in various discussion topics both here (eg: 2pc Midriff Top dress) and on the Lyris list that the Problem Reports from within Dress Shop are giving error messages and the users are not sure that the problem reports are being received.

Can Bob please confirm (on Monday) that reports are being received.
