With my previous version of DS, I needed to keep the early version to use Doll Shop Dulux. DS8 says it includes the doll shop. When I click on the dolldelux tab, then doll sizes, it is blank with the message "no items match your search.
So do I need to reinstall my DS 4 version to use Doll shop?

No. Both Dress Shop 4 and the old Doll Shop required a now obsolete version of Java and it is unlikely you will ever get those to work again.

To load a doll size chart, use the Size menu - Load Measurements. Navigate to the DollDeluxe folder, open the "Doll Sizes" folder, then select the chart you want.

I do not know what process you use that provides a message suggesting "No items match your search". There are no messages like that in Dress Shop nor in Doll Shop Deluxe.
