I upgraded to DS9 via the Upgrade page.

Bonus patterns were in the basket, but once logged in to pay they disappeared. Have upgraded anyway before the monthly budget escapes , but
looks like the Bonus Sampler has not been included.
Do I miss out, or can you fix??

Well I cant check your account as I don't have your full name and registered email address.

Download the update, install per directions, and activate.

Open DS and under File>Load Patterns look for a folder called DS9 Bonus. IF they load and you can print- no problem- if they load and wont print send in a problem report from Help>problem reports.

I have added the Dress Shop 9 Bonus Collection to your account. Next time you auto-activate, they should be usable.
