Hi! My Dress Shop has lost its ability to save and print. I 'activated' a couple of times, but nothing worked. I filed a report, but have gotten no response. I was registered in one email address, which is old, and if you sent me an answer there, I didn't get it. If you answer me here, I may get the message. I responded on 12/11 at 1:20 am EST to the address that you gave in the problem report, janet_baker76@hotmail.com (which also happens to be your Dress Shop registered email address), not to the address that you gave here, janetbaker76@gmail.com. Did you not get that email?
In any case, I will also respond this new email address. Let me know if you do not neither of my emails.
