Hello all, On Friday, August 19, at about 7:00 pm pst, a major corruption occurred with Livingsoft's customer account data files. Unfortunately, it was not clear then what had happened and the company database administrator was out of the office over the weekend. On Monday, the damaged data file was detected and it is being replaced from archived backups today. The backup will be restored and customer purchases made over the weekend will be re-entered and the files should be intact again this evening. We hope. In the meantime, customers will not be able to view their activation codes on-line, nor use the auto-fetch of codes. If you have done that over the weekend, you may find that none of your codes are now entered in your Dress Shop program. If that is the case, don't panic. There are two solutions: 1. Re-enter any codes you have manually using the email or hand-written copies of codes you have on hand. 2. Wait until the files are repaired, then use the auto-fetch of codes tomorrow and all will be back as it was. Plese do not call for codes. Until these files are restored, we have no way to get them for you. They will all be back once the backups are integrated with current purchases.
