I was watching TV today and in a commercial saw a woman wearing a men's shirt style blouse that had a 3/4 sleeve and a flared cuff. If the cuff were detached from the sleeve it would look like a funnel top. DS doesn't offer this cuff so does anyone have any suggestions on how to produce a pattern for it? I'd like to make a top similar to that for my wife if I can come up with a way to do it.

What it sounds like you are describing is what is offered by MPD Pro not DS -a sleeve flounce which will produce a gorgeous cuff with adjustable gather ease, and width OR you can draft one by pencil using an inner circle matching the sleeves hem circumference(matching or with slight ease) by width of the cuff followed by another circle to the outer dimension. Since the outer circle is so much greater than the inner the circle the cuff will "frill".
