Cutting one seam
Curious how others cut out their one seam pants. I found myself on the living room floor...using scissors(it's been awhile since I've cut fabric w/scissors and it was some effort.) Love the pants....hated cutting them out though.

I have a small cutting table in my sewing room, (1.2m x 1.8m melamine board on Ikea trestles) which is okay for single pieces.

For a full layout of pants I adopt the fold up ping-pong table in the family room and raise it to the right height with 2 sets of bed risers from the bedding & home stores.

I suggest you invest in two foldup banquet tables (easy to store) and these risers to make your cutting out more comfortable.

Tip: I also take these risers to classes at a sewing store if I am going to be cutting out there. Being tall, 5 minutes leaning over a regular table to cut just kills my back instantly. These are life saving.
