I just made a plastic bag holder for my kitchen,I had one but it was getting a bit old,so a new one was in order.I used up the leg of a test pants I did a long time ago[scrappy fabric]but nice.Hemmed top and bottom,placed a ribbon loop, to hang it up with around the top hem.Fast easy project too.
