I have Doll Shop and would like to complete some of my outfits with hats. Can I make doll-size hats with Hat Shop?

The answer is yes.
Hats and Purses !

You can enter user defined head circumference then figure your crown height, brim width etc, or if the doll is 1/4 scale to a normal adult head shape opt to print in 1/4 scale.
