During the past month, the Livingsoft web site was moved to a new, dedicated server. The server we had been on also hosted other companies, some of which were engaged in spamming. When that happened, email from the entire server was blocked by other Internet Service Providers. So, they would spam and our email would be blocked. We moved our site to a dedicated server to avoid that in the future.

Unfortunately, the process of moving the server experienced a number of hiccups. Some web services were down for awhile. Those should now all be working properly now. But, we also appear to have lost some email from the late May, early June period. We do try to respond to all emails promptly, but when they do not get to us at all, that becomes a bit difficult.

If you sent an email to Livingsoft during that interval and have not heard back, please resend it with our sincere apologies. Thank you for your patience with this change. We do hope and expect that email, web services, and the web site itself will all be more stable and more dependable for us in the future.
