We had several issues reported with update build 6.16, so it has been revised. We have also posted a patch file with the changes for those that already installed the current 6.16 update. The patch file is very small, but must be installed on top of the earlier update. If you have not gotten the earlier update, the new one is all you will need.

The new update is available on the Livingsoft downloads page. The download file is named DS6_16a_update.exe. The version number within the program does not change. To know that you got the update installed properly, just draft a bodice sloper. If you see a back shoulder dart, the update is there.

The changes included in this are:

1. The pants waist dart selection menu could be too long to fit on-screen in 600 by 800 screen resolution if the Men's Collection has been activated (more menu items in that menu in that case).

2. The back shoulder dart was not drafting for the bodice and sloper bodice patterns.

3. A single blouse / dress waist dart was considerably narrower than each of 2 darts were. The width limit was incorrect for the single dart case.

4. Selecting a sleeve for a unitard did not remove the shoulder strap settings. The results (strapped top with sleeves) would not work. Choosing a sleeve now cancels shoulder straps.

5. The outseam of the unitard pattern was not joined properly at the waist (blouse part to pants part.

6. Unitard sleeves would not appear in the print dialog when using the "Next Pattern Piece" button.
